NMCI 3 - Garda College 27
A very experienced and seasoned Garda college team were too strong for an injury-hit NMCI team today in Arctic conditions in Crosshaven. Playing into a force 6/7 gale, NMCI spent most of the first half in their own 22 and Garda notched up 17 points. In the 2nd half, NMCI struck first with a penalty goal but the Garda replied with two more tries. All of the NMCI team worked hard and are looking forward to the final two matches in Tralee and Athlone.

NMCI 25 - NUI Galway 25
This was a great game which NMCI were unlucky not to win. NMCI were 2 points up into injury time but NUIG scored a try to go 3 points up. NMCI replied with a David Harman drop goal to level the match. Well done to all the players and subs – they played a stormer!

NMCI 7 - CIT 2nds 28
NMCI despatched themselves excellently against CIT 2nds, a team chosen from a pool of 50 players with extensive experience and including several senior Munster League players. The final score of 7 - 28 did not refelct the play. CIT 2 ran in three tries in the last 10 minutes of the first half but in the second half could only reply to NMCI's excellent try with one break-way intercept try. Well done to the coach and players.
