The Lecturers

Chris Fisher
Chris Fisher held a variety of senior management roles in the bunker and cargo inspection sector before establishing his own bunker disputes investigation and analysis company, Bunker Claims International Ltd, in 2003. He continued to serve as a marine fuel consultant after the company was taken over by Brookes Bell in 2011. A fellow of IMAREST and past Chairman of the International Bunker Industry Association (IBIA), Chris is co-author of the book “Bunkers” and develops and delivers lectures and workshops on the subject.

Robin Meech
Robin Meech is MD of Marine and Energy Consulting and coauthor of “Outlook for Bunker Fuel Oil and Heavy Fuel Oil to 2030” published in July 2011 and teaches on a variety of bunker training courses.
