The Minister for Defence, Mr. Willie O'Dea T.D. accompanied by the Chief of Staff of the Defence Forces Lt General Dermot Earley and the Flag Officer Commanding the Naval Service Commodore Frank Lynch, presented Commissions to five Naval Cadets.
