A seminar on this important maritime safety issue will be hosted by the Ireland Branch Nautical Institute at the NMCI on Thursday 8th November 2007.Speakers will include –

Dr Clive Symmons – International Legal Aspects of Nautical Charting
Capt Robert McCabe FNI – Commissioners of Irish Lights input into charting Irish waters
Mr Mick Purcell – An Irish Hydrographic Office
Mr John Pepper & Mr Roger Millard – UK Hydrographic Office role in charting Irish waters
Ms Fiona Fitzpatrick – The contribution of INFOMAR to Irish Hydrographic data.
