NMCI Rugby Shirt Launched

The NMCI Rugby shirt was launched in February. The rugby club at NMCI was set up in the 2004/2005 season and the 2005/06 season saw the team competing competitively in the All Ireland Irish Colleges Rugby Union 2nd Division.
The shirt was kindly sponsored by Bovis Lend Lease who were builders of the college. The shirt was presented to Team Captain, Stuart Donaldson (Centre), Vice-Captain and Treasurer, Tommy Mee (No. 8) and Club President David Harmon (Out-half) by Patrick Mitchell, on behalf of Iain Salley, Director of Bovis Lend Lease Ireland.
Head of College Donal Burke, and Associate Head of College, Commander Tom Tuohy attended the launch. Special guest was Michael Delaney, Head of Development, who organised the shirt design and chose the colours. All agreed that it looks great, and is an excellent way of publicising the NMCI.
Orders for the Rugby shirt are being taken by Bill Kavanagh.
