Friday the 16th of October 2015 is Genes Day in NMCI
This year we are organising a Jeans for Genes Day in NMCI to support and help raise funds for genetics based cancer testing and research at The Mercy Hospital.
So pull on those skinny jeans, dungarees or dark denim shirts and help take part in this worthy cause. Collection boxes will be left at reception, canteen and staff common room so please get those jeans out to play!
Did you know that by 2020, it is expected that 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 ladies will have a cancer diagnosis in their lives! Please tune in to Cork’s RedFM for regular updates on the GenesDay campaign.
